All Mistinguett pieces are designed and produced in Los Angeles, California.
We prioritize deadstock fabrics whenever possible. Deadstock refers to high-quality textiles that already exist and would otherwise go unused. This allows us to reduce unnecessary waste while giving new life to beautiful materials.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, UPS typically delivers within 3–6 business days for US orders.
US Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate
- UPS Express: $25 (2–3 business days)
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

All duties and taxes are included in your final payment at checkout.
Yes. Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With tags attached
Items that have been worn, stained, or carry perfume or other odors are not eligible for a refund.
For sanitary reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact to qualify for a return.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size, please place a new order.
We do not offer store credit at this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and issued.
Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed after it is received at our facility.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
